Work principle:
Because of kinetic effect, the diffusibility of O2 and N2 are very different under certain pressure. When O2 and N2 pass carbon molecular sieve, all of the O2 are adsorption.

The main part of N2 generator is two towers filled with carbon molecular sieve which we called absorption tower. When the compressed air get into adsorption tower, the O2 is absorbed by carton molecular sieve. When one is used to absorption, another is used for desorption. In this circulation, we get high quality N2. Two towers alternate adsorption and regeneration to output N2 continuously.

Carbon molecular sieve's adsorption capacity of O2 can be controlled by pressure. When reduce pressure, the carbon molecular sieve can be desorption. Based on this principle, the carbon molecular sieve can be used repetition.
